Project Overview: The existing production plant of Hunan Dotal New Material Co.,Ltd is located at No. 4 Industrial Plant, High-end Auto Parts Industrial Park, No. 9 Baishi West Road, Xiangtan Economic and Technological Development Zone. This project plans to construct a standard production plant north of Jiuzhao West Road and east of Xiangshui Avenue in Xiangtan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xiangtan City, with supporting auxiliary facilities including office buildings, staff dormitories, hazardous materials warehouses, and guard rooms. Production line equipment will be purchased and installed, including blown film, casting, printing, lamination, and bag-making production lines, with supporting workshops for raw material and finished product warehousing, quality inspection, R&D and pilot production, and information management.
