Step 1: Needs Consultation

Clients provide product type, packaging application, dimensions, expected quantity, material preferences, and budget range. Our sales team engages in in-depth discussions to understand product characteristics, brand positioning, usage scenarios, and special functional requirements (such as high barrier, retort resistance, puncture resistance, etc.).

Step 2: Solution Design & Material Selection

Our R&D team recommends professional material structures and bag styles based on client requirements and product characteristics. With an extensive material database (PET, BOPP, PA, PE, CPP, AL, VMPET, VMCPP, etc.), we precisely select materials according to barrier properties, puncture resistance, temperature resistance, and other criteria. Free artwork optimization and print effect control services are also provided.

Step 3: Sample Approval

Following solution confirmation, we proceed to sample production. Leveraging our digital hot stamping 3D enhancement equipment, high-speed gravure printing presses, and fully automatic solvent-free lamination lines, we complete sample manufacturing rapidly. Upon client approval of samples, both parties sign technical specifications, finalizing key parameters including material structure, print effects, and bag dimensions.

Step 4: Mass Production

Upon sample approval, we move to full-scale production. The entire production chain (printing → lamination → curing → slitting → bag making) is completed in-house at our own facilities, with no outsourcing. Rigorous quality control is enforced throughout production to ensure stable quality and reliable delivery.

Step 5: Delivery & After-Sales

Finished products undergo strict quality inspection before packaging and logistics dispatch per client requirements. Post-delivery, we provide ongoing technical support and quality assurance through our after-sales service system.
