Dotal New Material Conducts ISO System Internal Auditor Training to Strengthen Quality Foundation

Recently, as part of the company's "Quality Year" series of activities, Hunan Dotal New Material Co.,Ltd organized ISO system internal auditor training for key employees from various departments. Under the annual theme of "Strengthening the Foundation, Winning the Future through Quality," the training aimed to continuously enhance the standardization and effectiveness of system operations and further consolidate the foundation for routine ISO management system compliance.

The training addressed pain points across the entire business chain—including production, R&D, warehousing, safety & environmental protection, and quality control—moving beyond pure theory to provide in-depth interpretation of core clauses in major ISO management systems, covering quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management. Drawing on the company's actual business scenarios, the trainer focused on six practical areas: internal audit program development, on-site inspection techniques, non-conformance determination, corrective action closure tracking, internal audit report writing, and external audit preparation. Through case reviews and on-site Q&A sessions, participants were encouraged to step beyond their individual roles and understand the underlying logic of "total employee involvement and continuous improvement" in system management.

In the past, the company's system management relied heavily on external consultants, which often resulted in slow response times, low business relevance, and superficial rectification. This internal auditor training aims to build Dotal New Material's own internal audit team to achieve three core objectives: first, routine self-inspection and self-correction, with departmental internal auditors conducting regular cross-departmental internal checks to proactively identify risks in production compliance, employee occupational protection, and raw material traceability, resolving issues internally; second, process optimization and efficiency improvement, leveraging an internal audit perspective to streamline redundant approvals and material flow bottlenecks, optimizing internal workflows to reduce production and management losses; and third, strengthening customer qualification—as downstream industry clients increasingly require suppliers to maintain routine ISO system compliance, autonomous internal audit capabilities will continuously enhance system conformity and effectiveness, solidifying supply chain cooperation qualifications.

All participating employees successfully passed the training assessment and received internal auditor training completion certificates. These newly trained internal audit leaders will be assigned to their respective roles and conduct internal and special audits according to the annual internal audit plan. A closed-loop management mechanism of "issue identification – cause analysis – corrective implementation – effectiveness verification" will be established simultaneously.

The company stated that this internal auditor training is not a one-time exercise but an important part of the company's internal management upgrade.
