Common Material Structures
PET/AL/PE structure, composed of polyester, aluminum foil, and polyethylene, is used for face mask pouches and high-end skincare products. It features high barrier properties, light-blocking capabilities, and fragrance retention.
PET/VMPET/PE structure, composed of polyester, metallized polyester, and polyethylene, is used for facial mask pouches and hair and body care samples. It features excellent barrier properties and a metallic luster.
PET/PA/PE structure, composed of polyester, nylon, and polyethylene, is used for travel-size and refill products. It features puncture resistance and good flexibility.

Production Processes and Quality Control
Printing Process: Utilizes 10-color printing presses from Cerutti (Italy) and 9-color/10-color printing presses from Beiren, with a maximum speed of 500 meters per minute and support for printing at an effective width of 1,250 mm; monthly production capacity exceeds 62 million meters
Laminating Process: Equipped with Tongze 3-in-1 solvent-free laminators, Beiren laminators, and other laminating equipment, supporting a variety of lamination processes
Bag Manufacturing Process: Features nearly 50 pieces of equipment, including imported Tani (Japan) bag-making machines, supporting precision manufacturing of various bag styles
Surface Finishing: Equipped with 7 digital hot-stamping 3D enhancement machines (monthly production capacity of 30 million units), supporting special processes such as hot stamping and 3D effects.
