Common Material Structures
PET/AL/PE structure: This material consists of polyester, aluminum foil, and polyethylene. It is used for packaging meat products, condiments, and coffee, and is characterized by high oxygen barrier properties, light-blocking capabilities, and aroma retention.
PET/VMPET/PE Structure: This material consists of polyester, aluminum-coated polyester, and polyethylene. It is used for packaging nuts, snacks, and tea, and is characterized by good barrier properties and a metallic luster.
PET/PA/PE Structure: This material consists of polyester, nylon, and polyethylene. It is used for packaging frozen foods and retort-processed foods, and is characterized by puncture resistance and low-temperature resistance.
The BOPP/CPP structure, composed of biaxially oriented polypropylene and cast polypropylene, is used for packaging cookies, candies, and pastries. It features high transparency and exquisite print quality.
The PA/PE structure, composed of nylon and polyethylene, is used for packaging meat products and deli meats. It features puncture resistance and good flexibility.

Production Processes and Quality Control
Printing Process: We use 10-color printing presses from Cerutti (Italy) and 9-color/10-color printing presses from Beiren, with a maximum speed of 500 meters per minute and support for printing at an effective width of 1,250 mm. Our monthly production capacity exceeds 62 million meters.
Laminating Process: Equipped with Tongze 3-in-1 solvent-free laminators, Beiren dual-station and single-station solvent-free laminators, and other equipment. Dry lamination speed is 300 meters per minute, and solvent-free lamination speed is 400 meters per minute, with a monthly lamination capacity exceeding 76 million meters.
Bag Manufacturing Process: We operate nearly 50 pieces of equipment, including bag-making machines imported from Tani (Japan), supporting a variety of bag types such as three-side seal, stand-up pouches, eight-side seal, and spout pouches.
Quality Control: ISO 9001 certified, with full-process inspection from raw material receipt to finished product shipment.
